1. Service Description
EcomCritic.com provides digital review services for ecommerce websites. You submit your store link, and I deliver a personalized critique based on design, UX, trust signals, copy and conversion potential.
2. Payment
All services are paid in full at the time of order via the checkout page. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are shown in USD and include any applicable taxes.
3. Delivery
Your review will typically be delivered within 2 working days via email or a private link. In case of delay, you will receive a notification.
4. Refunds
If I cannot find at least three real, relevant issues with your store, you are eligible for a full refund. All refund requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. See the Refund Policy for full details.
5. Client Responsibility
By submitting your store, you agree that:
- You have permission to request a review of the submitted website.
- The store is publicly accessible and safe to visit.
- The review is for informational purposes and does not guarantee results.
6. Use of Feedback
All feedback is provided in good faith based on 15+ years of ecommerce and UX experience. You are responsible for how you apply the feedback. EcomCritic.com does not implement changes to your store.
7. Intellectual Property
All written content delivered to you is for your personal or business use only. You may not resell, republish, or redistribute any part of the review without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
EcomCritic.com is not liable for:
- Any direct or indirect losses following implementation of suggestions.
- Technical issues related to your store platform.
- Business outcomes as a result of the review.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with Spanish commercial law.

Terms may be updated occasionally. The most recent version will always be available on this page.
